Lily Hao brings her expertise as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to her role as IRFC's Nurse Manager. A passionate advocate for the patient-first philosophy, she ensures that every patient experiences exceptional, compassionate nursing care throughout their fertility journey.
Fertility treatment can be emotionally demanding. Lily's focus is on the human experience of care — clear communication, steady reassurance, and coordination that removes friction so patients can focus on what matters. She works closely with physicians and coordinators to make sure no patient falls through the cracks.
As Nurse Manager, she sets the tone for the entire clinical team: rigorous where it counts, gentle where it matters. Under her leadership, IRFC's nursing care reflects the belief that science and humanity are not separate — they are the same act of care.
